Features: 1) Non-conductive 2) Corrosion resistance, impact resistance, non-magnetic and long service life 3) Fire insulation, and anti-skidding 4) Widely used in the power generation, sewage treatment, oil refining and oceanographic survey fields as work floors, stair treads, and trench covers for loading frames 5) Surfaces available include concave top, smooth grating, gritted top, covered with grit and flat or decorative plating 6) Mold resin system for FRP grating products: a) Orthophthalic polyester resin: i) These gratings can be used in seawater, weak acid, and other special environments ii) Operation temperature: -50∼60oC b) Isophthalic polyester resin: i) These gratings can be used in middle concentration inorganic acids, inorganic alkalis, and other special environments ii) Operation temperature: -50 ∼ 90oC c) Vinyl ester resin: i) These gratings can be used in corrosive environments, both acid and alkali ii) Operation temperature:-50∼110oC d) Phenolic-aldehyde: i) Has exceedingly good fire resistance, acid resistance and dissolvent resistance ii) Oxygen index: 50 iii) Low smoke levels, high temperature resistance e) Long-term usage temperature: 180oC
